Clearview Workplace Finance started a few years back, right here in Southampton. Our founder, Eleanor Vance, saw how much money worries affected good people. Staff were stressed, missing work, and just not themselves. It became clear that helping people sort out their personal finances wasn't just good for them; it was good for the businesses they worked for. So, we set up to offer practical, no-nonsense financial training directly to companies. We wanted to make a real difference, one team at a time, showing that better money habits lead to happier lives and better work.
