About

Hi, I'm Eleanor Vance. I started Clearview Workplace Finance because I saw a clear need.

For years, I worked in different businesses, watching good people get stressed by money worries. It wasn't about big salaries; it was about understanding how to make the money you have work for you. It hit me that even small changes in financial habits could make a huge difference to someone's day-to-day life and, honestly, to their work performance too.

My background isn't just in finance; it's in understanding people. Before this, I spent time in HR and management roles across various local UK companies. That gave me a real insight into the everyday challenges employees face. I learned that confusing financial jargon just switches people off. What they need are simple, clear, actionable steps that make sense for their own unique situation.

I founded Clearview Workplace Finance right here in Southampton because I believe that every employee deserves to feel more secure about their finances. When people aren't constantly worried about bills or debt, they're happier, healthier, and much more focused at work. It's not rocket science; it's just common sense applied to money.

My training approach is very down-to-earth. We skip the fancy charts and complex theories. Instead, we focus on real-world examples that hit home. Things like understanding your payslip, making a sensible budget that you can actually stick to, or knowing your options when debt starts piling up. It's about building confidence, one practical step at a time.

We cover the stuff that matters to people living and working in the UK today. From navigating the complexities of a UK pension scheme to finding smarter ways to save for a deposit on a home or manage rising living costs. It's all about giving your team the tools to make better money decisions for themselves and their families.

I'm passionate about making a real difference. When I see an employee leave one of our sessions feeling more hopeful and in control, that's what makes all the effort worthwhile. It's about empowering people to take charge of their financial future, which in turn helps your business thrive.
